Pretty darn good - By: Monsieur Scat, 02 Nov 2007
It's got to be said that since F197 games developers have had a shocker in putting such a popular sport into a good, playable & realistic game.

Look no further than this offering. Granted, it's last years driver set (i.e. no Hamilton), however in alll categories I reallly rate this game. The graphics are very fair for the PSP standard (think equal to Pro Evo for example), & its only occasionallly that there's a bit of lag... usuallly when you crasah into the back of a car by not braking adequately!

Gameplay is relayed by a very responsive & realistic car handling set up - drivers aids for beginners & an extensive manual car tuning option for the specialists. Race days are peppered by on-track incidents, & qualifying sessions always hold a risk of rain!

In summary, a very playable & detailed game.

N.B. the career mode is purely driving i.e there is no 'Chief Engineer mode' that is advertised
very good handheld f1 game - By: Mark, 22 May 2007
This is a good handheld game of F1! This has some pretty decent graphics in the game & the handling of the car is quite good. The only downfalll I have is no WiFi & laoding times suck!
Best F1 Game on a Handheld EVER! - By: Mr. L. D. Guest, 21 May 2007
I got the first F1 game on PSP (the 2005 version) which was reallly terrible, & I didn't even consider getting this until I read some reviews & took a chance. Sony have worked this version in-house(Travelers Tales did the 2005 mess)

I don't own a Playstation & I love F1, & I must say this is the finest F1 game I have played since Geoff Crammonds old PC F1 game - which this is much much better than in every way.

The handling is now very very much improved from the 2005 version, & the tracks can be raced closer & closer for that perfect time. This is also the last game to feature Michael Schumacher, as a fan I feel this adds to the charm also.

Essentiallly, if you love F1 & you want to play on the move, or you don't own a Playstation, the PSP F1 game is the best you can play, by a good margin.
