So this is completly overpriced cos for the same money you can get a 4 gig SD card. I mean who cares if its white, if its in the Wii you don't see it anyway.

These Wii labeled SD cards used to be very overpriced as some of the reviews indicate. However at less than £4 they are now reasonable value either for use with the Wii, or any other device which uses SD cards. It is worth noting that as has been said this is just a normal SD card (of good make) & does not offer any actual benefit for Wii use over a none Wii labeled good quality SD card.
"Official" Wii SD card? Aye Right! - By: Alastair Conway, 08 Jan 2008 Why Why Why Why Why spend double the money for an "official" (in other words "white") version of a standard SD card. There is no difference in the specs. Its simple, dont bother.
the SD card is inserted into the Wii anyway so nobody sees or cares what colour it is!!!

This a %100 normal sd card but the only diffrence is that it is licensed by nintendo & says the word "wii" on it.
It does not go extra fast or anything like that.
if you want a memory card for the wii buy a normal sd card (you can get a 4gb one for the price of a 2gb "wii" one) which has a good speed & is reliable.
Dont be fooled by this Sd card, any will work.... - By: James Petford, 18 Jul 2007 This is basicallly a sd card, no more & no less. This is just a sly marketing trick to gather more money. Ive got the same brand sd card for wii for half the price. Just because it says its designed for wii, doesnt mean its only designed & compatible with only wii. It will work with anything & everything. Get a standard sd card, any will work with wii.
