OK for the money - but not great - By: N. Thomas, 25 Jul 2008
Despite the fact that this battery should last twice as long as the standard PSP battery, mine doesn't even last as long as the normal one. It probably runs for around 2/3 the time of a standard battery. Still, it is cheaper than an official standard battery & good if you just need a spare. I guess you get what you pay for.
Stick to original batteries!! - By: E. Compton, 21 Jun 2008
When I recieved this item it was not the 2200mAh battery displayed but a 3600mAh battery. I plugged the battery into my PSP charged it for about 5 hours tried to turn on my PSP, but it wouldn't turn on. I found that the orange charge light would come on for about 10 mins then go off & to power up my PSP I had to take out the battery & put my original back in. I returned the product (free of charge) assured by a member of staff at costomer survices that I would get a FULL refund however I only got £9.50 of the $10 I payed. This strangely enough is not a full refund!! but at least they answered the phone quickely. If you want my advice stick to the official batteries.
Does what it says on the tin - By: Mr. Craig Bowman, 23 May 2008
Does what it says on the tin, fab battery & does offer longer life than the standard battery you get with the PSP. Charges via the mains lead that is supplied with the PSP unit, take out old battery & replace with this & charge up. Offers upto a stated 5hrs on the PSP battery life screen but from experience tends to be nearer 4 over a prolonged gaming session. Worth a purchase though as the original battery is nearer 2.5 hrs at best.
very good - By: M. B. Mason, 26 Apr 2008
very good easy use battery with twice the life of the psp original battery. Had no problem getting it in & out of the psp. Works perfectly.
Does the job - By: Jack 'Ultimate gamer!', 22 Feb 2007
This battery is fine. It does what is says, longer battery life than the one provided with the PSP. However, i bought mine not as a replacement battery, but as an extra one for when i went on holiday via COACH! It was fine, no problems at alll, the only slight negative was that it was difficult to take out of the PSP,i found that i had to use a coin to lever it out. In comparison, the PSP battery provided when you first buy the PSP is easier to take out but has less battery life. The battery doesn't hinder holding the PSP & doesn't give off electric shocks or anything like that so overalll a very sound product.
