If your up for a laugh Gavin & Stacey is for you. A real down to earth comedy & so true to life, it will have you laughing your socks off

Gavin & Stacey Series 1-3 + Christmas Special - By: Mr. D. J. Edwards, 07 Mar 2010 This is one of the best tv shows ever why they are not doing any more just baffles me but I suppose every good thing has to come to an end.
Thank god we can still watch this masterpiece on DVD it is always good for a laugh no matter how many times you watch it.
Great series very watchable very funny - By: Mr. Bc Leadbetter, 07 Mar 2010 Gavin & stacey is a great British series. It is funny & one of those sorts of prgrams you can watch over & over again. It is based on a Gavin from essex & Stacey from Barry Island, Wales. The two falll in love but are seperated by a toll bridge, & come from completely different worlds.
The comedy is light hearted & can be watched by anyone over the age of 12 I would say as some of the content would be a bit 'mature' for younger audiences in the way they may not understand it. The program is co-written & stars James Cordon who is a great actor (think the England team footballl sketch on comic relief if you have not seen his other work).
I would reccommend this to people who like comedy which is based on real life, it has lots of twists & a great character mix. The only disadvantage is it is not long enough with around 6 episodes per series.
The box set is great value because it is much cheaper than buying the seperate series & even includes the christmas special.
