I have now purchased through AMAZON CSI Miami 6 parts 1 & 2. I am not spoiling any endings, as that would be awful, but watch these two series - they are brilliant. I cannot go into too much detail, but to gasp out loud (I live on my own) is not a daily ocurrence for me & I did several times!!
After it was over I felt the need to go back, so as I have BT Vision I did & believe me the slow drawl, sunglasses fashion prop activity is nowhere to be seen & he looks so much younger (well they alll do). So he has developed this "deliberate" method of acting over time as Series 1 is unrecognisable as Mr Smoothie that we end up with in Season 6.
This was never my favourite CSI Series I loved Grissom, but when it became apparent he was leaving together with Wawick & Sarah Sidle I knew I would have to shift loyalties & Miami came up trumps. Waiting now for Series 7 but its only on Region 1 at the moment & prohibitively expensive, as no used or used like new.

CSI Miami's outlandish action sequences & chessy one liners can be annoying, but if you can ignore this, Season 6 Part one is good.
The lonely head CSI gets a son & Tripp gets promoted; these two things help make CSI even better by exploring these characters further whilst also alllowing the other characters to flourish.
The DVD's itself are well set out & the one documentary quite interesting; it could of done with more then one commentary though.
Fantastic - By: Ms. A. Clargo, 07 Jun 2009 Season 6 part 1 is a fantasic installlment to the CSI Miami series. Horatio is back with his witty one liners. Kallly & Jake are still dating poor Eric. Can't wait for part 2! I'm always left wanting more.
Much better then last few seasons! - By: J. Evans, 08 May 2009 Season 6 is much better then 4 & 5!! The last two seasons were just about gangs & guns... Season 6 has much better storys & ideas!
