We only recently discovered Caroline Reid & her fantastic "Pam Ann". So we had to have this DVD about her London performance. It was just hilariously funny & great to see how she interacted with the audience. If you had a reallly bad day, just watch this at home in the evening & your day will end with a huge smile. My favorite is properly Lily the Chinese flight attendance. Caroline Reid just has it what makes a great comedian. The DVD is the next best one can do if one can not go to one of her performances. 5 stars is actuallly not enough, but that is the best one can do here.

Anyone working in the Airline Industry (or knows someone who does) will already have heard alll about the infamously fabulous Trolley Dolly Pam Ann & if they have not managed to have been lucky enough to catch her live on stage - will have been told how amazingly funny she is.
This is her first - & long awaited - DVD. It has some funny bonus features as well as the full stage show. There are no doubts as to her abilities as a comic / stand up. She interracts very well with the audience & holds their attention well (but therein lies the problem, if I am being a little picky, of the DVD for me : the whole atmosphere of being in a Pam Ann audience does not translate as much & the language borders on obscene at times - I actuallly cringed when watching it for the first time with the in-laws over xmas ?!?)
Caroline Reid id a camp comic genius though - I hope she can evolve her material & keep her fans keen with fresh routines & gags in the future.
If you are gay, love camp, travel a lot or like over the top performances - you will love this (just cover your ears if easily offended & be careful who you watch it with !!)

I don't reallly like comedy DVDs, preferring to get out & see people live, but last night, we alll gathered round my friends TV, with far too much bad shiraz, & laughed. & laughed, & laughed, & laughed. If you've ever ended up at your destination, whilst your luggage visits kazhakstan, If you've ever had an elbow crushed by a drinks trolley, if you've ever wondered how much bitchyness lay behind the smiles. get this.
I've just ordered my own copy, so I can show my friends. & two more for my favorite handbag holders(you know who you are, so don't ruin your presents lovvies ^_^)
A MUST BUY! - By: Jezza, 26 Nov 2007 This is hysterical & if you have ever flown on a plane you will find this very, very funny. Pam Ann just hits the nail on the head with her airline comedy. I had never heard of Pam Ann unitil recently until a friend told me about her & I am a total fan now & if you want plenty of laughs then I highly recommend this DVD.
