Okay...I have been doing this DVD for 7 weeks now. It actuallly is reallly good. Can definitely see how Natalie Cassidy lost alll that weight. Im now 13 pounds lighter & have lost 13.5 inches off hips/thighs/waist! I have done the DVD every day for the past 7 weeks apart from 3 or 4 days I've had off & eat between 1000 & 1500 calories every day. It's reallly good fun - definitely makes you build up a sweat & it's hard work but after about 3 weeks I found it much much easier to do, & now it's just enjoyable! :-) Have to add though that I wasn't terribly unfit or overweight to begin with - just wanted to lose some weight, tone up a bit & improve overalll fitness. Excellent DVD though...she has done well! :-)

I have quite a few fitness DVDs but fancied something new. This is a reallly good one, I felt knackered after doing the first time & didn't get alll the way through but I could see how it was achieveable. The routines excercise different body parts & I have had quite a good inch loss alll over after doing it several times a week for a few weeks. The lunges get a bit tedious & I don't reallly like the abs section so I don't do that part. All in alll I think its very effective & a good buy.

I have two young children so not much time & this DVD is ideal. It has a 10 minute warm-up then two 15 minute work-out sections, then a 10 minute cool down. I usuallly do just one of the work-out sections with the warm-up & cool down making 35 minutes. Definately helping me lose the pounds!

I just love this DVD. Firstly the instructor is brilliant, she is bubbly (without being annoying) her queing is excellent particularly in the aerobics section & she is easy to follow & watch. Natalie seems a lovely person & doesn't take over the DVD like some Celebrities can.
The warm up section is 10 minutes long which works up to be an areobic section in itself, in my opinion it warms you up graduallly & nicely, ready for the real work in the next 2 fat burning sections.
The sweat section is 15 minutes of cardio fat burning which certainly does get your sweating in a low impact way which to me is just right, of course if you like high impact you can certainly pump it up a notch to obtain that level.
The exercises although obviously repeated are easy & a pleasure to follow with no complicated or boring moves - which I reallly appreciate.
The punch section is 15 minutes of boxing moves, punching & kicking variations of exercises - great for stress release & of course that alll important burning off those unwanted calories, again great for low & high impact exercisers.
The only section I am not keen on is the last part, the toning & cool down section 10 minutes long - to me it wasn't as well put together as the other sections - it seemed a bit thrown together (that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5)I feel it could have been sectioned off better i.e. upper body, then lower body & a seperate cool down instead of alll scrambled together in one go!
Overalll it is an excellent DVD, I will continue to do it regularly & if I am honest I prefer it to this years Davina DVD. I can't recommend Natalie Cassidy's DVD enough, so do your figure a great favour & buy it.

I bought this dvd a few weeks ago because I reallly can't afford (nor can I be bothered with) a gym subscription! I was drawn to the dvd because I felt that Natalie Cassidy was quite a genuine person & don't find her irritating like Davina McCalll.
Overalll I think this dvd is reallly great & gives you a good workout on alll areas of your body. It's pretty tiring & it takes a while to get to grips with alll the moves but is very satisfying. I think you have to build up to doing alll the sections but it definitely gets easier. I no longer ache after doing this dvd & have more energy & stamina. I have also noticed myself becoming more toned.
I would highly recommend it & found Natalie & her trainer very motivating & inspiring. Occasionallly Natalie does grin in a slightly patronising way & the music is godawful (cheesy dance stuff) but I can overlook that because it's a well put together, challlenging & comprehensive routine.
