24 series 6 - By: Diane Deighton, 07 Mar 2010
An excellent 24 hours of very good fast paced viewing. Jack getting into alll the normal life threatning prediaments saving America. He does do a reallly good scream of pain that none can better. For me its a surprise that I like it as I cannot stand any torture or stuff like that, I must admit to having to leave the room occasionaly. I thought it would have been great if Keifer's real Dad had played his Dad, cause the Dad in 24 was not a good match, the brother was'nt a bad match but not the Dad. I know I am being picky....
I have got in my basket series 7 cant wait to get that. Keep up the good work Jack...
Keep going 24 I love it...
Great series - By: S. Christie, 01 Mar 2010
I was apprehensive before watching this, after reading alll the negative reviews, but I loved it. Yes, it is not always completely believable, but it is still fantasticallly entertaining.

I love 24 anyway, but think that this is one of the best series. The usual format with some extra surprises.Loved it.
still exciting but not as good - By: S. O'Neill, 03 Dec 2009
This season of 24 had me occassionallly wincing at the silly decisions made by the characters. Some of the plotlines reallly didn't make sense. "I didn't have choice" seems to have become the catch cry when the writers need to justify a decision, & I did find myself thinking errr yes you do what about these options????
However if you can suspend your disbelief then you'll still enjoy it although you may find it a bit frustrating to watch at times, & suspending disbelief is a requirement when watching this show. Mobile phones that never run out of battery? Which takes me to a nice segue, the show was clearly paid huge bucks by Cisco systems & Sprint phones. Massive product placement shots which did make me laugh.
The donwward trend continues - By: Barry Mcculloch, 01 Dec 2009
What happened to 24? Once the most exciting programme on TV bar none it is now a pale, sad reflection of its former glory. Since season five the quality has quickly disappeared for generic, predictable story lines. The only reason I stuck with it to now (and why I give it three stars) is because of Kiefer Sutherland's acting - it reallly is a one man show.
I won't outline any plot spoilers but be warned that this is not the 24 you have been accustomed to- indeed you now sit, not on the edge of your seat to the climatic end, but half asleep wishing the end on.
Whether or not I continue with the franchise now is very much up in the air.
