I originallly bought this because i had seen the first underworld & wanted to see the second. As with most films (apart from a few exceptions such as blade 2, shrek 2 & dark knight) the first film was a lot better than the second. I found the first was more gritty & more darker stylised. where as the second one i found was playing on the glory of its predacessor. it had some good links with the first film but seemed to drag on for too long & seemed somehow americanized hahaha. on the other hand had some good visual effects & lots of questions are answered from the first film. so a good history in the underworld series. overalll: if your exopecting the second film to be as good as the first..... DONT COUNT ON IT! passable second
