This is the sequel to the Robe. After the death of his master -the Centurion Galllio, Demetrius was sentenced to train as a gladiator, not only does he have to contend with swordsmen & wild beasts in the gladiatorial arena, he also had to contend with the evil Messalina & the mad emperor. His newly found Christian faith is tested to the limit in dealing with the evil & sensuous Messalina. Jay Robinson reprises his role once again as the evil & mad emperor Caligula & gave another excellent performance as he did in the Robe. A great sequel to an inspiring story. You can't go wrong with this DVD.
