So much fun, I wanna do it again! - By: Charlotte Angel, 26 Nov 2008
This DVD is great. It is hardcore, but it's something you can work with.. it's not too hard that you want to give up. When I get to the end, I just want to do it again! It doesn't get boring either 'coz you can work on your form & posture or work up to getting through a whole section without having to stop for breath at least! Well worth it, I'm reallly having fun with this.

Not for Beginners ! - By: L. Quinn, 09 Sep 2008
I bought this DVD to use in between gym workouts; I have been going to the gym three or four times a week for the past five months now & consider myself to be quite fit but this DVD was still reallly hard! Some of the moves are OK though hard to pick up; I had to rewind a couple of times to get the moves right. I felt that the squats were especiallly hard for people that are in any way, shape or form unlike the dancers in the video! For the squats you lower yourself down as far as you can go & then she tells you to squeeze which basicallly means pump your pelvis from back to front whilst holding your tummy in as tight as you can; I don't think this needs any more explaining as it sounds painful but trust me it feels worse! Overalll, a great DVD if you are reallly physicallly fit but not so much for beginner. And also I find the main dancer (the one who talks & instructs you) reallly irritating !
perfect! - By: Heathercopter, 05 Sep 2008
This is the first fitness DVD I have ever bought, & I was very pleased with it. Even if your not a good or confident dancer (like me) the steps are pretty easy to pick up after the first go, the high energy section is not as scary as it sounds, & it continues nicely from the warm up & the first dance section. The cool down is also very helpful, & took me from feeling like death to feeling calm & chilled out. I'd recommend this DVD to anyone who wants to get fit to some good tunes. You may feel like death after the first few go's but it's definitely worth it!
Not very professional - By: Deedles, 01 Sep 2008
I am a qualified fitness instructor & I purchased this DVD to get some new ideas for choreography & routines rather than for general fitness purposes.Overalll I think this is quite a poor dvd to release to the general public. There are barely any safety tips throughout the routine & there is no sequence to most of the routine. The instructor doesn't queue in or countdown any moves, she just launches from one to another. There are no low impact moves demonstrated either. The music is quite good & whereas the choreography is basic it is badly put together.
