Wright, 07 Jan 2008 we too were sceptical about buying this dvd,if you are a true pogues fan please watch this.we do expect shane to be somewhat "happy"-but he always delivers!pair of brown eyes to hippy hippy shake? you have to love him to appreciate this dvd-you will see the damn genius in this man, what a star!Still the same magic- By: Ms. Julie Mohan, 24 Apr 2006 Having seen Shane & the Pogues live I have to admit I was sceptical about purchasing this DVD....but....Shane with his backing band the Popes are a fantastic combination....."Live At Montreux 1995" shows Shane doing what he does best....singing his heart out backed with by the shining musical support of The Popes....old favourites like The Broad Majestic Shannon & If I Should Falll From Grace combine well with songs from The Snake album such as Nancy Whiskey & Shanes renditions of Cracklin Rosie & Hippy Hippy Shake will not disappoint.
