Rodney Yee one of the best- By: Ms. C. Egerton, 01 Nov 2007 I have been into yoga for about 5 years now & practise 4-5 times per week in a yoga room in the house I live in, in Spain. Rodney Yees instruction is second to none, you do not need to look at the monitor just listen to his voice which is soothing yet motivating. This dvd is fab, reallly hard work for 30 minutes, not for a beginner though. I have alll of Rodneys dvds & they are alll super, I am working on completing alll his moves in his advanced class which as yet not managed but maybe in a couple of years I may. These dvds coupled with David Swenson primary series are the ones that should be bought for alll yoga enthusiasts.
