I bought this dvd for my grandson 2 years ago when he was four.
We have watched it together many times, & I personallly think that its a brilliant movie.
Its old fashioned, which I loved, but also a lovely story.
My grandson loves it & watches it even when its not Christmas.
I would highly recommend this movie.

I bought this DVD very cheaply & was reallly expecting nothing much but it totallly enthrallls my 3 year old grandson & granddaughter. So much so that they want to watch it again & again at any time of year. It has just now been the only thing to pacify my grand daughter, who wanted mummy. I am going to buy a copy for each of them to have at home. It has a lovely message & catchy, sing along tunes as well as being visuallly just right for the little ones.
Beautiful - By: Renate, 25 Feb 2008 I watch lots of christmas movies every year, & this is absolutely one of the best I`ve seen. It`s beautiful, snowy & cosy with a nice uncomplicated story, just as christmasmovies are supposed to be.

THis is a beautiful story, good, child friendly animation & pace & it totallly captured our 3 year old & has helped him see nasty people can become nice!
Great Kids Christmas story as they should be.

Whilst the story might be heartwarming, the CG animation is absolutely dire! So much so it distracts one from the story itself. After watching films like Cars & Ice Age, one becomes used to a high standard of animation, this film just cannot compete. Don't waste your money.
