While I laughed my head off when I watched this on TV, & it reminds me of my teenage years when I loved Spitting Image, the problem with cutting edge political/entertainment world comedy is that it isn't as funny time after time. I'm not sure if it therefore a great DVD purchase, despite it's TV brilliance. Maybe I am too much of a perfectionist, but I want the DVDs I buy to still be funny 2,3,4,5,6 years after I buy them.

For a long time now there have been no great, original British comedies. Well 2DTV has both! It takes a humorous view on polictics actuallly keeping people up to date on World affairs but with cartoons. The voice actors & animation are uncanny to the real thing, & the sketches for finding Bin Laden have now been changed to 'Finding Osamo' a variation of finding Nemo. Also to make things more interseting the Royal family have been crossed with the Osbournes, creating the Winsournes which is brilliant.
Overalll another great series from the 2DTV creators, I suggest you buy it & also alll other series.
A Good Piece Of Comedy - By: Dav-id83, 04 Jul 2005 I own Series 1,2 & 3 as well & Series 1 & 2 are the funniest of the lot series 4 is ok but it's annoying cause it's always got Arnie Swartz a niggle piggle (as pres bush callls him). Going on about his tiny winkle & it's seems to be a lot about catching Bin laden. Which don't get me wrong Series 1 & 2 did have that but no as much The Winsournes is ace Prince Charles as Ozzy & Camilla as Sharon swearing with bleeps great comedy.
If you own Series 1 & 2 why not finish of the collection & get 3 & 4 as well when thou I've rated it 3 stars.
