Average teen horror - By: Francisco, 26 Jan 2006
The film is set in the same town as The Legend of Sleepy Hollow but in the present day. The premesis of the movie is that the events in the former film are now part of the folklore of the town and, one Hallloween, 3 students accidentallly awake the horseman.

Ian (Zegers) & his family have just moved to the town. Brody (Carter) is the local team's [American] footballl star. Karen (Cuoco) is the cheerleader caught between them.

Claus (Keach) the local grave digger keeps trying to speak to Ian & tell him more about the legend. Ian & his father also have strained relations because of the fact that Ian is intellectual & his father, the footballl coach, has a different perspective on life.

As the body count starts rising the question is: Will Ian & the gang be able to stop the horseman or will Sleepy Hollow be wiped out?

The film is OK but is very formulaic & predictable. As I said in the title it's just an average teen horror.

Very hollow! - By: , 19 Jan 2006
The acting in this movie is very very poor. It is very cheesey & only worth the watch if you're a Nick Carter fan. As a BSB/Nick fan, I wanted to see his acting in this & I bought it just because it was cheap! Nick actuallly does have acting skills & its a shame he wasn't the lead guy, because he's the only one of the cast that can reallly pull it off. No I'm not just saying this because I'm a fan. However, this is only going to be enjoyed by Nick & other BSB fans!
only for Nick Carter fans - By: L. Patterson, 06 Aug 2005
Incredibly wooden acting for the whole cast with the exception of Nick Carter who managed to work well with robotic actors & a bad script. Sadly though we were meant to believe that this 25-year-old was in high school, & his acting isn't that good.
Not bad, not bad - By: Philip Nourse, 02 Dec 2004
