We wanted to have alll friends seasons in their colorful covers. We knew there was a fancy black box, but weren't reallly interested in it.
The info on this object was that were minor scuff marks. Those were on the black box, so we didn't mind.
The DVD's are brand new & the boxes barely damaged. It alll looks very nice & it works fine.
This is definatly a good buy if you want to have alll seasons of Friends & don't have much money to buy them with!
Friends series in black box - By: Friends fan, 02 Jan 2010 Love Friends but have not seen them alll even though they are often repeated on TV, so thought I'd buy the whole set.
I noticed that the NEW RED BOX set(through reviews)HAD FAULTS- like an episode missing & one repeated twice.
So went for BLACK BOX which had good reviews & so far so good. Brilliant series. WOULD RECOMMEND THE BLACK BOX SET TO ANYONE.

Friends repeates are always on tv, but you can choose which episode you want to watch wht the complete box set.

Handy box set, DVDs are double sized to reduce the size & packaging.
Only problem I had was that there were 2 dvds in the set were the same, (which meant one dvd (approx 8 episodes) was missing).
Amazon being the good retailer that it is however, swapped this over with no fuss, & even paid for the postage at my end! :)

I ordered this box set in the middle of september & I have not received it yet. I wrote to the supplier a week ago & I have not received a reply......I am waiting patiently but gwettin a little impatient.
