Need to exercise but short on time? - By: Mrs. M. Butcher, 24 Feb 2007
I like this DVD. I can struggle out of bed half an hour earlier than usual & do one of the routines before heading off to work. The aerobics section is not reallly challlenging enough & I am sure Beverley & the gang are one beat ahead of the music at one point but the toning sections are effective without leaving me totallly wiped out for the day!
Excellent - By: J lods, 18 Feb 2007
I think that this is the best exercise DVD I have ever found & I have purchased alot over the years - perhaps its because I am in my mid thirties! I think the music is great the setting is motivational & its not too long that you get completely fed up doing moves in your living room.
I highly recommend this DVD.
Firmer bottom - By: , 23 Jan 2006
I thought it was a great workout video, as it was quite good if you are very unfit or want good toning & you have three options so i could do ten minutes every morning! Although as with alll videos you do get bored after 6 months of the same thing.
REPEAT PERFORMANCE - By: , 12 Aug 2005
It is a great shame that Beverley couldn't come up with something a little more inventive than a repeat of her previous exercise programmes which I hasten to add, I enjoyed very much & found very effective. Lasting Results however, left me cold - yes even in the glorious surroundings of the location. Physicallly it just wasn't challlenging enough for me, but for those new to exercise - well you might enjoy it, but I still feel her previous programmes were better.
A bit disappointing - By: , 18 Jul 2005
If you already own 'Real Results' & 'Rapid Results', I strongly suggest to save your money, this DVD will only give you an irritating sense of 'dejà vue'. The 3 workouts are just a shorten version of its predecessors, without any effort to include some new exercise, just reducing the number of repetitions and, consequently, their effectiveness. Beverly herself, in line with this lack of fantasy, keeps saying the same jokes...Said so, if you are new to Beverly's routines & only have 20 minutes to dedicate to fitness, this DVD still worth the expense.
