Please believe me when I say this show is reallly reallly reallly good. If you like giant robots & magic super powers then this is a must. This is the show that got me into anime when I was 14 ( Im now 24 ). I can't tell you to much about the plot because there are so many plot twists & constant surprises that I can't give them away.
But basicallly The villians, BIG FIRE, & the hero's, BIG NINE, fight with big robots & magic on a global scale & strong issues of following a fathers footsteps & fulfilling promises. Buy it you wont regret it.

A great addition to a fantastic series - By: , 14 Jan 2001 After watching the first episode of this great series, I knew I was going to be hooked. In my opinion, part six is the greatest of alll seven episodes. We find out the truth behind Genya's plan & we even catch our first glimpse of Big Fire himself!! If you've started to watch this series, then you won't need me to tell you to watch this episode. But if you've never watched Giant Robo, & you're a fan of great storylines, well-thought out characters & fantastic animation, then I suggest that you watch it NOW!
An epic climax - By: , 11 Jan 2001 Giant Robo is a great modern Anime cartoon series based on classic cartoon. The music & visuals are stunning & more than anything pay homage to the great classic Anime super-robot shows of the 60s & 70s. There was a long delay in the arrival of this final part of the series & it was alll worth it, however if you've watched the rest of it I wont spoil the end for you. But it & love it. ^_^

In this episode Big Fires eye has been destroyed & both sides take injurys. This episode is very important to anyone collecting the series. The truth to who is reallly behind Big Fires plan is revealed & one of the Justice Squad is related to them. I advise anyone who has watched the series & enjoyed it to buy this video. The dubbing is excellent & so is the animation. Buy it.
