hellsing - By: , 15 Dec 2004
one of the best, & im a computer & vidio game student(in southampton) & one thing we have to do is to study animation for the emotions + im a big manga fan but still i would recomend this to any one who wants to get in to this sort of thing or to thoughs who are alll ready in to it, its a must have, but i do agree with others that it seem that it was cut down in its prime & alot more could be shown with more in depth look into the caricters expechaly Alucard (!or dracula!)and police woman & alllthow the dvds voice action is very strong english & abit more reserch could of shown how the english act & talk (ie milatry factions/police) insted of sterio typing! but other wise very very good!
ps sorry for my bad spelling deslexic!
A Great Finale But missing something... - By: , 12 Jun 2004
An excellent ending to the Hellsing series, what with the brilliant graphics well drawn & such, as this is the first anime that I have watched that is set in England. Alucards Control Art Restriction Level 1 Pentagram is certainly impressive. However, I would have liked to have seen a bit more of the characters backgrounds, especiallly those of Seras Victoria(one of the protagonists),Sir Integra, & the Knights of the Round Table in particular as this may have made the ending more plausible, as the viewers would then be able to debate amongst themselves as to who was the traitor that the show refuses to tell you. It would also have been better if they alllowed Seras to explore her powers more fully.

All in alll a great show, but it could have been so much more...

Hellsing! - By: toxicmog, 11 Jun 2004
I own the entire series of hellsing & i have to say it is amazing, the animation is great the voices are sometimes poor like in the first DVD were they have some strong british accents they lose later on which is good. But i recomend watching this & ANY anime in japanese with english subs so much better! The final episode though is amazing a briliant end im hopeing for a second series.!
A great finale. - By: M. Boon, 28 Feb 2004
A great finale to a very good series that leaves loads open for a possible seconed series.

I for one hope there is a future second series.

Good buy - By: , 23 Jan 2004
This chapter of the hellsing series reallly lives up to the high standards of the previous chapters, with the battle at the tower of london setting a great scene for Arucard & Incognito's epic battle. The animation also (as with the other dvd's) improves as the story progresses with many of the exagerated facial expressions being left behind. But as with the other dvds the english translation leaves much to be desired with pathetic dubbing attempts (I reccomend you wacth it in the origional japanese with the english sub-titles). But alll in alll the dvd is great & well worth a look for any anime fan.
