After reading a few of the negative reviews on this film i decided to watch it myself & was pleasently suprised! A good film with some good action sequences!

This has some good moments, but not many. I was bored in a lot of it, but it has a couple of okay bits. Reallly bland though.

I liked the idea of the film, & i'm glad ive seen it but i wouldn't bother watching it again. Only key bit that makes a film like this bearable is having a talented actor like samuel l jackson in it!

SWAT team led by samuel Jackson, escort a high profile drug lord to a max security prison. Our Columbian friend has publicly offered a hundred million dollars to be rescued. Unfortunately for Samuel Jackson/Colin Farrell, one of their team decide to take the money. Good action scenes if slightly gung-ho in places.

S.W.A.T. is a nothing more & nothing less than what you expect from it - good action film, the script is very predictable & full of cliches, but it has enough logic & good sense to avoid the ridicule. Acting is average good, effects are average good, & directing is average good - so what you get is an average good action film. Get your popcorn, biers as well if you are at home, sit back & relax.
