Late comer to the Sopranos, can't believe what we were missing. Brilliant series 1 & 2 to date, looking forward to the rest.
Masterpiece Volume 2 - By: Nerijus, 23 Sep 2009 An amazing mix of gripping drama & black humor, the second season of "The Sopranos" is truly an astonishing viewing experience, just like the rest of the series.
This season features a dazzling group of new characters - the ever-blunt Furio Giunta, the cunning Janice Soprano and, one of my favorites, the old-school Richie Aprile, masterfully played by David Proval. Plus, Paulie gets involved with the supernatural. How more exciting could it be? :)
The script, cinematography, music, character arcs, actor performances make the overalll picture absolutely perfect. This show is entertainment at its best.
