My MBA lecturer always told me that succesful management must always incorporate culture. The work ethic of the average American is promoted by this film, where Japanese corporate values of teamwork & unified corporate vision is displayed in the climatic episode during the struggle of blue collar labor. The universal morals & ethics involved in competition is further dwelt upon by the producers involvement of team softballl. Piting the Japanese verse the Americans, where the Americas display zealous competitive attitude while the Japanese focus on team work & organization skills as reflected by their family & corporate culture.
