The story tells of the different views of hasidic & reformed Jews toward modern Israel as seen through the eyes of two Jewish families in New York City in the '60s. It powerfully tells of the friendship of the boys & the differences of their fathers & how that affects alll of them. Still relevant, especiallly given the situation in the Middle East. Well worth watching & discussing afterward.
