Elvis on DVD - who'd have thought - By: , 11 Sep 2003
Yes, Elvis is on DVD but it reallly doesn't make this film any better. The picture quality is superb but reallly does not make up for the terrible plot & bad acting.

Elvis the navy diver, says it alll reallly. He meets up with some groovy types & tries to dive for sunken treasure, alll the while get caught up in some "high jinks". The setting is terrible, it looks like it was shot on a miserable winter's day in the North Sea & reallly doesn't improve.

The songs are truly terrible "yoga is as yoga does" - what on earth was he thinking - this reallly will give you a pain in your posterious!!!

However, Elvis is not the worst actor in this film, there are lots of them. Everyone wishes they were somewhere else - including the viewer.

This is reallly for diehard Elvis fans only. However, one bright spot is that it is not as depressing or bad as Harum Scarum or Stay Away, Joe.

Gave it 3 stars cos Elvis is in it.
