A brilliant one for the kids if they like anything magical. The girls will love it, not too sure about the boys, my youngest is 4 a little too young but sat through it. Got to get it again.

Yet another rubbish sequel following the brilliant 1995 movie. Don't waste your money on this tripe. I wouldn't even insult a child with this. Saban should have stuck to Power Rangers & Beetleborgs, & left Casper well alone.

Since I am a big fan of Hilary, I loved this film.
I love alll the Caspers, so this was a great film to watch.
there were lots of Adventures, & magic, & shows you a great friendship can happen to anyone.
I recommend this film to young children rather than teenagers, but hey im a teenager, so if you are a big fan of Hilary or Casper, then please watch this film.

Try to remember this is a kids film - By: , 31 Jan 2001 Ive seen a couple of bad reviews on the US site but you have to remember it's a kids film. My daughter is 3 & a half & loved it! At the moment she loves Sabrina etc so Casper metting a little witch (Wendy) was great fun for her.
