Note that Barabara Curry doesn't even lower herself to making the animal noises. You get the feeling she reallly doesn't want to be there. (Dirty little brats)
If you take it just as yoga instruction even then it isn't very good. Every thing is rattled through very fast, single camera angle & there is no detailed explanation of the poses. It is important in warrior pose, for example, for the front knee not to go over the foot but for the shin to remain vertical or risk damage to the knee. When will we have a video that explains this kind of thing instead of these gung ho throw your arms in the air then flop videos.

This DVD is fantastic - Helped by "Colin the Cobra" Barbra Currie teaches the children how to do 22 asanas(poses) each one is named after an animal, making it easy for the children to remember. The video is engaging enough to keep the children interested, without being to 'hyper' which would go against the Yoga ethos.
Included in the DVD is a walll chart for your children to tick off as they become familiar with each pose, & a sheet of stickers of the animals.
Altogether a very cost effective way to introduce your children to a practice that will enhance the rest of their lives.
