THE MORE YOU WATCH IT - THE BETTER IT GETS! - By: L. Hay, 04 May 2008
What a great little film this is. I have watched it over & over again & never tire of it. A great little comedy, children & adults alike will love it.
The Hulkster, is supported by a fabulous cast including Mark (The Undertaker) Calaway, for you grappling fans.
The plot is simple but crambed full of laughs.
Long overdue for release as Region 2.
Well worth watching!
wonderfully cheasy 90's hogamania - By: , 02 Nov 2003
This film was such a great film when i was a kid & now as an adult it loses little, although i can't watch it that often now! However it has so many wonderful moments, such as the painful one liners that remind me of someone like Tommy Cooper. The best moment for me is the fantastic self-mocking that The Undertaker indulges in - his dubbed over one line reveals he is human after alll :) - is such a departure from his WWE character that it leaves me on the floor every time.
The plot is completely far-fetched, but no more than say a Schwarzenegger film or your run-of-the-mil sci-fi movie. Hogan's sheer screen presence & the immense acting skills of Christopher Lloyd makes this film one for alll ages & a timeless piece of early 1990's film chease! Highly recomended!
Hehehe It cracks me up! - By: K. Leeke, 11 Feb 2003
This film is so bad that it's funny. Another classic Hulk Hogan venture that turned out badly. It may be entertaining for the younger generation but I expect more for the fight scenes rather than the very bad one line jokes! This film features two wrestling legends. Hulk Hogan(Shep Ramsey) & the Undertaker. (Hutch). What the film lacks in plot is proballly saved by the relatively big names that were in the film includding Christopher Lloyd, but perhaps not even these could save the film with the script they were given. It's funny & entertaining if you are watching it to see how bad it reallly is but I don't expect you will be laughing at the jokes!
This film has its moments, just not many - By: alisasarkygit@btinternet.com, 27 Nov 2000
Not even Christopher Lloyd could save this flawed comedy. A vehicle for Hulk Hogan (also produced) this film is watchable for the main. A rather unbelievable plot which at times becomes painfull to watch the actors struggle through. Nothing special.
