Here we have the Swiss Family Robinson, filmed partly in the paradise images of Thailand, & given an entertaining new twist. There are some very good performers, but one to watch is Charlie Lucas who plays the young Jacob Robinson. He is separated from his family & fallls in with pirates. Charlie might just be recognised from his part in Tea With Mussolini, or the BT adverts with ET. All the cast compliment each other well. The setting is amazing & the storyline will keep you watching.

Stranded (2002) is a revamp of the "Swiss Family Robinson", & is much better! The film is much more believable, & has characters we can bond with more. Look for great performances from Jesse Spencer, Andrew Lee Potts & Roger Allam as the bad bloke that you can't help sympathising with a bit & seeing his point.
The film is quite long ~ but is worth it, especiallly after we skip 7 years & see the changes. If you're looking for a video with a bit of paradise (filmed in Thailand), some action, romance, & fun then this is the film for you! And it even has some good-looking cast members!
