Despite the presence of the mediocre Tia Carrere (Wayne's World) & another obscure action film lead, this film has moments of greatness thanks to Donald Sutherland's ability to carry a film, especiallly when playing a character almost as insane as Oddballl from Kelly's Heroes. John Lithgow proves he is an excellent villain, & although the plot is trying at times, a Fed, an assassin, & a DEA agent teaming up to stop bad guy, it is definitely worth watching.
