Cute comedy about two cute guys - very funny scenes - and nicely romantic! - By: Andrew, 20 Jul 2008
I did enjoy this film a lot & it has a feel-good ending which I always prefer! Cute writer Christian & even cuter go-go-boy John Paul make a good couple & there is definitely chemistry there - but it's alll eye-contact - no hitting the sack! It's an evening of struggling to be alone with a supporting cast of crazy characters who are alll wrapped up in their own lives at the expense of the boy's time alone together. There are some reallly funny moments in it - the attempts at living out a fantasy & having sex while playing the piano was hilarious - & the dialogue with the flatmates girlfriend was reallly funny. Lots more laugh out loud scenes too. And it's alll terribly romantic as well as funny! You'll laugh & feel good when you see this film!
One of my favorite love stories ever! - By: Mr. A. Opbroek, 11 Aug 2006
Oh my god how awesome! haha! What a lovely film is this! The 2 main characters are adorable to watch very GL & Tori Spelling is playing her awfull self. I adore this film because it is so very suggestive & doesn't reveal too much. trying to get laid & not ever getting there. It's sweet. I watch it once a month. Period.
A really good 'rubbish' movie! - By: , 06 Jul 2005
Firstly, I must say that I reallly enjoyed this film. It's easy to watch, the characters are lovable, if slightly stereotyped, & the soundtrack is nice.
It follows the night of a somewhat cheesy songwriter callled Gabriel, who somehow manages to pull a gogo boy (JP Pitok) on a metro train (as you do). Throughout the movie they find it difficult to find somewhere to be 'alone', to amusing consequences.
This is clearly not the best film ever, although as a themed film, which are often depressing & heavy to watch, it offers a light hearted & cheeky look into the lives of a couple of good looking fellas, & the strange people they share their lives with.
Definately one to watch to cheer you up.
Enchanting romantic comdey - By: , 18 Feb 2005
This is an enchanting gay romantic comedy & one of the best gay themed films I've seen. It follows one evening in the life of the two main characters Gabriel & Mark (played by the very gorgeous Christian Campbell & J.P.Peroc) as they search for somewhere to have what is initiallly intended as a one night stand. As the film progresses, a relationship begins to develop between the two & it becomes apparent that the one-night stand has the potential to be much more. The film sensitively explores themes of desire, longing, jealousy & commitment. The cast, especiallly Campbell, Peroc & Spelling are excellent. The film has a whimsical quality & is by turns funny, sad & moving. For any gay viewers feeling depressed by the scene, this will be the ideal tonic. Full marks, wonderful.
