Everybody get up... it's time to jam now! - By: , 17 May 2004
In 1997 i was 9 years old. I went to the cinema to see the latest loony tunes film - but this one has a twist, real people actuallly feature. But this isn't just any real person. It's chicago bulls superstar micheal jordan.
Ive loved this film for so long & thinks its great for kids, teenagers & adults to watch. Funny & a great watch, anyone whos a fan of loony tunes, basketballl, cartoons & just having a laugh this is a great film for you!
in 1 word simply amazing - By: , 22 Oct 2003
Wot an idea wot a film buggs bunny at his best! He got 2 no his role very well i have never seen him act so good. The little turn big monster basketballlers play the role of bad guys brilliantly i am still baffled tht they didnt get floods of offers of big directors after this film. Michael Jordan adds a nice mix 2 the film with a very good story of him leaving baseballl 2 return 2 basketballl.!!!!. A tres bien (very good little kiddy non french non cumin space jam lovers) ending 2. Very well thought up , reminded me of 1 time wen i managed to fit a whole burger from mc donalds in my mouth , It jus did ! Great film buy it now also buy fanta, zesty berry!

this is a good famaly film with the loony toons but it lacks in emagination, could do with a few tweaks here & there. by alll meens get it but dont be to suprised if you find it a bit boring.
Nice idea but feels a little rushed - By: , 05 Nov 2002
The idea of this film is a good one & the main story line with Michael Jordan is fine & is a good film, but the thing you have to remember is that the stars are supposedly Bugs Bunny & the Looney Tunes. The problem is that while the film film is a good length not too fast or slow, the parts where the Looney tunes appear is rushed & their characters are not reallly shown or developed, so if a person had not met these characters previously in cartoons they would find them irellavant to the main theme of the film which is basketballl & in alll honesty they are irrelavant & the main story is about Michael Jordan, the villains don't seem to have any real substantial reason to capture the Looney Tunes & they don't seem that menacing, & the link between the Looney Tunes & Michael Jordan seems like it was thought up ten minutes before filming started & reallly it is just a film full of cameo roles for basketballl players & toons. Famous characters such as pepe le pew & Foghorn Leghorn only get the odd word here & there & usuallly it's just a repeat of everything from the cartoons, & soon it becomes a contest of seeing which characters you can see in the background
Michael Jordan... hmm - By: Ben Elliss, 15 Mar 2000
Warners tried to mix two sure-fire ingredients in this film: live-action-meets-cartoon comedy, & a big name in the form of US Basketballl star Michael Jordan - but the results are unimpressive. Bugs Bunny & co are relegated to minor roles in the shadow of Michael Jordan - & sadly MJ is hardly Lawrence Olivier. In fact he can't reallly act at alll. I can't help comparing this with the earlier film 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit?', which it should technicallly have been able to outshine. But the earlier movie had an interesting story, Bob Hoskins as a grouchy male lead & a sexy cartoon heroine in the form of the sultry Jessica Rabbit. 'Space Jam' has Lola Bunny (a curvy female foil to Bugs) but that isn't reallly enough.
