This TV story is not based on a book written by Ruth Rendell, but is a TV presentation using the chracters she created.
It is a travesty. Ruth Rendell's books are about the real world. Ordinary people appear in them, & ordinary English locations. In this TV story alll the people are young, thin, rich & beautiful. And alll the locations are scenic & exotic. In short, it is like no book Ruth Rendell has ever written.

Excellent T V Drama.
Wexford & Mike work brilliant together, also they are believable, as are alll the plots.
Enjoyed each & every one of the videos.
Hope alll will arrive on DVD soon.
George Baker is a nice man & a great actor.
The plots have lots of twist & turns, also surprises.
