Jack Vettriano is without doubt the world's worst artist, a man who taste forgot. All of his paintings are terrible beyond belief, basicallly the bloke doesn't have a clue. If you want to see paintings, which have depth, & are sublime, by artists who know how to paint people - instead of making them look like mannequins - then look at the work of Goya, Soutine &c. - & use any publications featuring the work of Vettriano as firewood. Good for your heating bill & for yourself. You'll feel better for it.

i got the jack vettriano diary for my mum last year as she loves his pictures & has them everywhere & she loved it so i got the 2007 one & was happy as the quality of the pictures & the fact its a spiral bound diary with a week to view makes it easy to use & space for you to put a bit in each day & when its finished rather than throw it away you can frame the pictures as there are plenty to appeal to alll

All his well-known work is in this calendar so turning over to a new month will be marvelous especiallly if you are like me & look at the calendar when I get it, then I get a surprise when I turn over every month. Well worth the money.
