This is a fantastic book.

I'm an Art teacher & always on the look out for interesting contemporary artists, & good books to inspire the children I teach. I would recommend this book to people who know a nothing/very little about Messager's work & want to know more, as well as to people who are familiar with her work & want to see some well documented artwork in a book that's good value for money.

A pleasure to have this book on my bookshelf.

This first monograph on the artsist Annette Messager is truly compelling. After seeing Messager's work at a galllery recently i was excited to find out more about her work. Beginning with a portfolio of the artists work,then a biography & then a more detailed look at some of the themes or stimulus for her work, this book is perfect for any art student emabarking on research or even just as a book of interest.
