"The eyes are organs for looking" - By: S. Ballantine, 01 Oct 2007
This book was bought for me for a present, & was left for a while until I began a photography course. I particularly love the idea of belief & photography. Can we believe images that are not indexical?

Introduced by Berger whose philosophy & aesthetic is shared by Levi Strauss. Insightful & revealing about the politics behind the photographers featured, a politics that is personal & well as social.
