As a hypnotherapist I have no hesitation recommending this wonderful cd to my clients.
Firstly for the great tips & info from Janey Lee Grace, a lady highly experienced in childbirth.
Then a gorgeous relaxation from Glenn Harrold. His cds are always spot on.
Put the two together & it makes the perfect package for pregnant mums.

I lent this to a friend & she is going to buy it too as she loved it.
Highly recommended & such a great price, you reallly cant go wrong here, there is nothing to lose...so much to gain from it.

I got this CD as soon as it came out as I have a few other Glenn Harrold CDs & was looking for something that was specificallly aimed at pregnant women. The first CD is a collection of info from Janey Lee Grace. Although I found some of the information useful & interesting I found her tone & manner a bit patronising & annoying. But don't let that put you off as the second CD is reallly good. Glenn Harrold guides you into a deep relaxation & gives lots of positive message aimed at helping you to have a joyful pregnancy. I am 6 months pregnant now & am listening to it every night & feel very positive about being pregnant & giving birth.
