Interesting but repetitive - By: N. Hornbaker, 15 Apr 2008
I was excited about reading this book, as the concept of gaslighting was new to me. The author does a good job of explaining what gaslighting is. There is also advise on how to stop/prevent gaslighting. What I didn't like about this book is the repetitive advise & tables. The first time you come across a table giving tips on how to self-diagnose yourself as a someone who is being gaslighted, you will find it interesting. But when the same table appears for the fourth time, it begins to feel as if the author ran out of ideas & had to keep repeating her one good idea (or advise). A good read, but after halfway mark, much of the writing/tables are space fillers.
