I got this for my daughter who was having a very unsettled first year at school. It has helped to calm her down. She likes to read it at anytime, even in the bath. She took it to school & her teacher got a copy of it too. I think the book combined with one of the CD's is probably best to start with. There is also a DVD with some of the meditations from this book.

Great to do anytime & anywhere. My child loves this book & wont go to bed without it now. Affirmations are reallly simple & easy to remember. Would definately recommend this book
