I attended the Springboard course some years ago & was delighted to be asked to write a profile to be part of this book. The Springboard book is seperated into easy to deal with sections & they are easy to work through without feeling bogged down by them. By the end of each section you realise that you have a lot too offer & by the end of the book you are inspired to make the most of the things you have. You have also gained the confidence to be able to go out & do noew things. A must for anyone who doesn't quite know where their life is going. It's great fun finding out alll the things you are capable of!!!

This book has a lovely country-craft feel to it, with hard to find patterns & instructions for many old time toys & projects.Knit warm wool socks or simple hats in Autumn, make a horse harness in Spring for children to galllop together. The instuctions are clear with good illustrations & the children love to pick a project to help with. Suggests using natural fibres & materials which make a special gift or family treasure! A staple book in our family of seven!
