A very well balanced mixture of biographical honesty with guided meditation & personal growth NLP exercises, sprinkeled with a generous amount of case histories. Each step to deepen our understanding of how we are complicating our lives with entangled emotions, false beliefs & self limiting patterns is acompanied by practical guided meditations leading to deeper release & freedom from ourself.
I find these visualisations very useful in my practice as an energy healer. Perhaps not intended for the complete beginner to let loose on their friends (trying to fix them!!) but for professionals this book is a treasure trove of tools to be incorporated into other healing modalities.
