At my first handling of any book I like to skim over the contents & introduction before I begin reading the main body of text. When I received my pre-press copy of Advanced Patterns in EFT I went straight to the contents pages & was delighted to see such topics included as working with metaphors, the harmony program principles, & the vortex pattern.
I then sat back to explore the text in-depth. If Adventures in EFT is the ultimate guide to learning & using EFT for self-help, & in my opinion, it is, then Advanced Patterns in EFT is the ultimate guide for any practitioner of Meridian Energy Therapies.

I shalll wholeheartedly recommend this excellent manual to our students as

Worth reading for the Vortex or Evil CD patterns alone, this is a most instructive & desirable resource & one that I shalll be wholeheartedly recommending to our students as essential reading.

Great read for practitioners - By: , 13 Feb 2004 Adventures in EFT showed us the range of what EFT could do.
Advanced Patterns shows us the depth.
What I reallly loved about it are the many different patterns & variations of EFT that you can come up with to deal with the infinite variety of issues & situations you might come across with a client. It gave me confidence to go beyond the standard EFT wording & apply it in new ways.
I think it's this that lets the practitioner rise above those who have simply read the manual or done a standard practitioner training. Mind expanding & confidence booster.
