I have tried lots of meditation/visualisation CD's & this is by far the best I have ever used. I look forward to doing it almost every day, which speaks for itself as alll my others are still in the cupboard never being used!

Tony's voice is reallly relaxing to listen to & the content is brilliant too. 1st theres an introduction followed by a 25 minute meditation & then there's an 11 minute meditation.

There's also lots of info inside the CD cover about our spirit guides & the object & benefits of meditation. I highly recommend this CD to beginners & more advanced meditators alike, I'm sure everyone will benefit from it.
