The 2008 Match of the Day annual may appear aimed for the younger reader, but it is still very useful & interesting & a good read to any aged fan. As usual the book focuses on a review of the Premier League last season featuring a barrel of statistics, some of which I don't even know how they work out. Along with that there is my favourite part of the book which is the lists of the top fifty strikers, midfielders & top twenty five goalkeepers in the world. To my surprise this edition sees Francesco Totti top the striker's poll. Complete with even more extras, trivia, facts, reviews & analysis from none other than the BBC, this annual is a great companion to any footballl nut & at such a low price, what are you waiting for???
