This is a reallly good introductory book about this major battle in the history of the world. It is well written, although the story is less gripping that one could expect from such a climactic event. I am grateful to the author to making me finallly understand the real reasons of Nelson triumph, which are far more interesting than what is generallly believed. Willing to avoid the spoilers, I will not say more on it here. The book is worth buying & reading. In fact I would give it five stars, if it was not for the ugly colour plates by Christa Hook, which are poor in details & a problem, more than an asset for the book.
