I loaned this book from my library when I first started learning C, without it I would have simply given up.
It goes through alll the basic steps, compiling your hello world program through to structures & the even the feared 'pointer' was a piece of cake. Trust me, this will be your first book to teach you the basics then you can go onto the more intermediate user books like 'The C programming Language' & become a true C master
