a wonderful collection of early black & white conan. a bit grittier & more earthy than the stories in the colour comic. & such good value. classic art from buscema alcala & others. if i wanted to critisise i surpose that the paper quality is a bit poorer than vol.1, & it would have been nice to see alll the covers in colour, but as a total value package it can't reallly be faulted. if you like comics, if you like conan & the writing of roy thomas you'll love this....and the price.
