I've recently been trying to cut down on my sugar intake & have falllen in love with agave nectar, but there aren't very many recipes or food blogs online that cook with it at alll. I bought this book as soon as it was published & I absolutely love it! The book covers breakfast foods, cakes, cookies, pies, sweets, drinks, & a huge variety of sauces, which is exactly what those of us on sugar-free diets crave! I've made the Raspberry Linzer Torte cookies & granola already & both came out so well they disappeared in days. They definitely didn't taste like "health food"! The recipes which are vegan or gluten-free are also reallly well labelled & the photography is worthy of an M&S food ad! I reallly haven't been this excited about a cookbook in years & I can't wait to work my way through more of it.
