As an Oracle DBa, I found that this book got me going very quick on AS/400 & DB2. Cover lots of things (e.g. systems behavior, AS/400 commands) in just enough details. It's just a bummer that the book has only 12 chapters. I want more. Had the author added some more chapters, it could be used by both beginners & advanced users.

I teach from this book & I find it easy to read but the problem lies in what version of the as400 that you have installled
