Not much of a Shelf Life - By: Rich, 28 Mar 2008
Although, interesting & inspirational i found this book slightly impractical for the modern home.
I must confess i too am looking forward to N.Peterson's next book "My Life with Shelves" as if it's like any of his other good reads such as
"Cupboards, shelves & stairs, Oh My!" or the infamous "Garden sheds & Hoes" we reallly are in for a treat.
Nonetheless do pick up a copy of this if you're at a loss of what to create in your own home.
Shelving Explosion - By: D. Chapman, 28 Mar 2008
I was reallly blown away by the many great ideas in this fantastic book. I reallly feel that I can begin to compartmentalise my life in a way I've always wanted to. The cabinet projects were especiallly useful for building somewhere to keep alll my special secret things in.
I had heard rumours of a marvelous shelving book by N. Peterson but I dismissed them as myth & legend & bought this book instead...
Shelves - By: S. E. Fauchon, 28 Mar 2008
As described in the review by Neil Peterson my son was not reallly interested in the art of the shelf BUT after reading this book he is now completely under the spell of the shelf, its alll he ever talks about. If anyone wants to get into the Voodoo of shelves then buy this book but friends & partners BEWARE becuase you will never see them again without a pencil in their ear. Look out for the book that is being published in 3 months time by Neil Peterson himself callled "My Life with Shelves"

Ive always been a shelves man & loved this book but my friend & business partner Peter has always resisted the voodoo of the shelves. Well, i got him this book for his birthday & he has never looked back. Infact its safe to say he is now shelf mad, LOL!!!
